Newt
Background
Rebecca "Newt" Jorden is the daughter of Newt's Mother and Newt's Father and a colonist on LV426 at Hadleys Hope. Timmy is Newt's Brother. She is in the second grade and won a citizenship award from school.
During the events of Aliens (1986) played by Carrie Henn
Newt and her family are taking their vehicle to a location that the company sent them to investigate. They come across the crashed alien ship and Newt's parents go to investigate the ship while Newt and her brother stay behind. After some time Newt's Mother arrives back at the ship and gets on the radio as Newt screams from seeing her father with a Facehugger attached to him. Newt is rescued by Ripley and members of the Colonial Marines and brought with them to the operations center. Newt is in the armored personnel carrier when the marines come across the colonists cocooned in the processing plant. After the drop ship that was supposed to rescue them crashes, Newt tells Ripley that they should get back to the operations center as the Xenomorphs tend to hunt during the night. She is saved by Private Hudson when Burke releases Facehuggers to try and impregnate Newt and Ripley so he can get the xenomorphs through quarantine. When the xenomorphs attack the operations center, Newt takes Ripley through the utility tunnels, but falls down a shaft and is captured by xenomorphs. Newt is about to be attacked by a Facehugger when Ripley finds and saves her and they both escape to the drop ship. When the Xenomorph Queen, who hitched a ride in the drop ship attacks Newt she runs and hides. Newt is saved by Ripley once again and she hugs Ripley and calls her mommy. Newt and Ripley then get into their cryotubes and fall asleep.

Newt drowns during the crash of the EEV.
