Private Hudson
Background
W. Hudson is a Private in the Colonial Marines. Private Hudson is cocky, but his facade cracks under pressure.
During the events of Aliens (1986) played by Bill Paxton
Private Hudson joins the rest of his platoon on their mission to find out what happened to the colonists on LV426. He joins a squad consisting of Sergeant Apone, Private Vasquez, Private Crowe and Private Wierzbowski into the colony of Hadleys Hope. They don't find anyone in the immediate area except for Newt. When the colonists are located in the processing plant, Hudson and the other marines go to investigate. Sergeant Apone collects the ammunition of the marines. The marines are ambushed by a group of Xenomorphs and Private Frost, Corporal Dietrich, Private Drake, Private Crowe, Private Wierzbowski and Sergeant Apone are taken by the xenomorphs or killed. After Lieutenant Gorman is knocked unconscious, Hicks is next in line to be in charge and he decides to leave the planet and nuke the site from orbit. Hicks contacts Corporal Ferro to come and pick them up in the drop ship, however the ship crashes. Hudson and the other survivors return to the operations center after salvaging what they can from the crash. Hudson saves Newt when Burke releases a Facehugger to try and impregnate Newt so he can get the Xenomorph through quarantine. The xenomorphs attack the operations center and open a grate below Hudson and pull him down where he eventually is killed or impregnated.
