Cabe
Background
Cabe is a resident of Halifax, Nova Scotia. He is the leader of the New Order.
During the events of Siege (1983) played by Doug Lennox
May 29, 1981, Goose calls Cabe. Cabe drives to The Crypt and when he enters the club, all the Clubmembers are zip tied with duct tape covering their mouths. Ian tells Cabe about the Bartender being accidentally killed, and Goose thinks they don't have to worry as no one will believe the word of the Clubmembers. Cabe tells the others to go outside and then pulls a gun out of a case he brought with him. Cabe starts systematically shooting the Clubmembers in the back of the head as Goose laughs, and as Cabe reloads his gun, Daniel manages to escape out of the club.
Goose calls Cabe and tells him that they have Daniel cornered. Cabe drives up and Lloyd says no one lives in the area besides those in the apartment building as the area is part of his police district. Cabe opens his trunk and starts handing out rifles with silencers and tells Ian he is point man.
Lloyd tells Cabe that someone is using the skylights to go from one apartment to another. Goose yells out that they can keep Daniel and then walks into the shadows and Clark cuts the phone lines to the building.
Lloyd contacts Cabe and tells him that he thinks he killed one of the apartment building inhabitants. Cabe radios Lloyd and tells him to shoot at people who come near the windows while the others come through the front door. Goose tells Cabe that there is no one in Chester's apartment and Cabe tells them to attack the other side of the building.
Goose, Clark and Ian go back into Chester's apartment and find Rosie dead and tell Cabe. Most of the New Order are killed. As Chester is leaving the building he is garroted to death by Cabe. Cabe then ties a strap to the front door of the building to prevent it from opening.
Cabe enters Chester's apartment and then goes up to the skylight. He opens the skylight to Horatio's apartment and takes the weapons Horatio had gathered from the dead N.O. members. Cabe attempts to stab Barbara with a knife through the medicine cabinet, but she stabs him in the hand with scissors. Lloyd starts shooting at anything that moves in the apartment, and barely misses Cabe. Cabe overhears Horatio tell Patrick that Barbara is in the apartment by herself. Cabe crawls through the medicine cabinet. Barbara goes back into Horatio's apartment with a knife. She notices the radio turn on and when she walks by the doorway with a curtain hanging in front of the door, she stabs at the curtain. Cabe stumbles towards Barbara and as he is about to stab her, Horatio shoots him. As Horatio and Barbara are hugging, Cabe pulls out a gun, but Daniel strikes him with an axe to the neck.
