Wilhelm
Background
Wilhelm works as an assassin and enforcer for Gonzalo Reyes. Wilhelm and Klausmann were stealing coke from Reyes but blame Rikki for the light shipments.
During the events of Cocaine Wars (1985) played by Ricardo Hamlin
Wilhelm is at Reyes’ airfield when Cliff Adams and Rikki land. Wilhelm kills Rikki on the order of Reyes by stabbing Rikki in the back with a knife. Later Cliff confronts Klausmann and tells him he knows it was him and Wilhelm who were stealing from Gonzalo Reyes not Rikki. Klausmann orders Wilhelm to have Cliff murdered so he won’t tell Reyes they were stealing from him. Wilhelm hires Miguel to kill Cliff, however Cliff easily overpowers Miguel and throws him out the window of the Urubamba Hotel and Bar. Wilhelm was shadowing Cliff when he sees Marcelo Villalba leave Janet Meade’s apartment. He then calls Klausmann and tells him he saw Marcelo leave from an apartment Cliff entered. Wilhelm dies when he attempts to run over Cliff with his vehicle and he crashes into a building, which causes his vehicle to explode on impact.
