Rogan
Background
Rogan is a prisoner at Estabelecimento Prisional Masculino. Rogan is the leader of the west cell and a member of the Gang of Four. Rogan utilizes an unorthodox form of kung fu and knows the death touch. He cut out Alan's tongue when Alan saw something he wasn't supposed to see.
During the events of Riki-Oh The Story of Ricky (1991) played by Yukari Oshima
Rogan is introduced by the Assistant Warden to Riki-Oh after Riki kills Oscar. Rogan kills Alan by skinning him alive after Alan tells Riki where the poppy fields are located. After Riki sets the poppy field on fire Rogan attacks Riki. Rogan punches Riki with the death punch but Riki uses his powers to revive his heart. The Assistant Warden initiates the Zero Alarm and Rogan and Riki have to stop their fight. During the prisoner riot Rogan attacks Riki and Riki breaks both of Rogan's legs in half and breaks one of Rogan's arms. It is believed Rogan dies from his wounds.
