Background
Alan is a prisoner at Estabelecimento Prisional Masculino. He is the Godson of Oscar. Rogan cut Alan's tongue out, because Alan saw something he wasn't supposed to see.
During the events of Riki-Oh The Story of Ricky (1991) played by Kwok-Pong Chan
Alan tries to warn Andrew not to confront Oscar when Andrew questions Oscar's leadership. After Riki-Oh kills Oscar Alan loses the protection he used to have. Riki gives Alan his flute after he learns Alan had his tongue cut out and in return Alan gives Riki the poppy leaves he was using as makeshift harmonicas. Alan is skinned alive by Rogan for revealing the location of the poppy field to Riki.
