Pregnant Wife is a member of Immortan Joe's harem at the Citadel.
During the events of Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga (2024) played by Maleeka Gasbarri
Furiosa is brought to the chamber of Immortan's Harem. Pregnant Wife gives birth to a deformed baby and is then removed from Immortan's Harem, but is told by the Organic Mechanic that she can become a milker.
