Jim
Background
Jim lives in London, England. He was a bicycle courier delivering a package when he was hit by a car.

Jim wakes up in the hospital still connected to monitoring machines and an IV bag. He wanders around an empty London and encounters infected including an Infected Priest. As he is running from the infected he is saved by Selena and Mark. They stop at Jim's parent's house and are attacked by Mr. Bridges and Mr. Bridges Daughter and Mark is killed by Selena when she finds out he had been bitten during the attack. Jim and Selena see blinking Christmas lights and go to the apartment of Frank and Hannah. They decide to go to a military blockade that offers protection. While at the deserted blockade, Frank is infected when a drop of blood falls into his eyes and he is shot by a group of soldiers. Jim, Selena and Hannah are brought to a mansion which is serving as the military base. Their leader Major Henry West, tells Jim he promised his suicidal soldiers women and as Jim, Selena and Hannah try to leave, Jim is knocked unconscious. He is brought to a field to be shot along with Sergeant Farrell who tried to help him and manages to escape. Jim then systematically kills West's soldiers and frees Selena and Hannah. As they are trying to escape from the house Jim is shot by West who is then killed by one of his infected men. Jim wakes up 28 days later in the countryside and he, Selena and Hannah unfurl a large banner as a jet flies overhead.
