Jack Paley is an agent for the FIRM. His father is Adrian Paley and his sister is Renee Paley. Jack likes butterflies.
During the events of Airwolf: Season 4 Episode 18 Storm Warning played by Vince Germann
General Miguel Butarra walks up to Jack, who is tied to a chair, and asks him where the money is. Jack doesn't say anything and Colenso hits him with the butt of his rifle. Butarra questions Jack some more and pulls out a photo of Renee and Valdez holds a metal pipe against Jack's windpipe. Colenso hits Jack with a night stick, killing him.
