Harry Potter Sr. moves his family to a new apartment complex. Wendy is captured by Torok who disguises himself as her. Harry Sr.'s first meeting with his neighbors is when Torok as Wendy pulls the apartment fire alarm. Peter Dickinson is not friendly, however the others, Jeanette Cooper and William Daniels and Barry Tabor are friendly. Harry Sr. meets Malcolm Mallory when Torok invites him to dinner. As Wendy and Harry Jr. continue to exhibit more bizarre behavior Harry Sr. remains calm. Once the apartment complex is returned to normal, Harry Sr. takes his family and leaves for the police station to file a police report.
