Harry Potter Jr. lives in San Francisco, California and is the son of Harry Potter Sr. and Anne Potter and brother of Wendy Potter. He is a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers and the San Francisco Giants.

Harry Jr. moves with his family to a new apartment complex. His sister Wendy is captured by Torok who changes his appearance to look like Wendy. Harry Jr. begins to suspect Wendy is a pod person, but is told the truth by Eunice St. Clair. Eunice teaches Harry Jr. about the human and fairy war that the humans won and that Torok wants to turn parts of the world back into fairy land. As the apartment complex turns progressively more into a portal to the fairy forest, Eunice enlists Harry Jr. to help fight against Torok. Harry Jr. is given a spear and ultimately is the final line of defense against Torok when Eunice is turned into a tree stump. Harry Jr. goes into the fairy forest and frees Wendy, however he is beaten in combat fighting Torok's Beast and is only saved when Torok kills the beast to save Wendy. When the apartment complex returns to normal, Eunice congratulates Harry Jr., and he leaves with his family.
