Background
Fifi Macaffee is a Hall Captain with the Main Force Patrol, officer number 1805.
During the events of Mad Max (1979) played by Roger Ward
Fifi gets help from Labatouche in bribing Max to stay on the force, by having Underground Mechanic build a V8 Pursuit Special. He later tells Max that the Nightrider's friends are out to get him. He warns Max to keep an eye on Jim Goose when they tell him to release Johnny the Boy due to none of the townspeople showing up to his trial. Fifi then tells Roop, Charlie, Goose and Max they can do whatever on the roads as long as "the paperwork is clean". When Max gives Fifi his resignation letter, Fifi crumbles it up and gives him a few days to think it over.
