Background
The Tiny People were a group of little people living in the tunnel system of post apocalyptic New York City under the leadership of Shorty. They live below the ruins of the United Nations building.
During the events of 2019: After the Fall of New York (1983)
The Tiny People save Parsifal, Giara and Ratchet while they are escaping the EURAC in the sewer systems. The Tiny People are all killed when the EURAC use a sonic machine to attack their camp.
