The Smoker is a resident of San Dimas, California.
During the events of Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey (1991) played by Peter Hewitt
At Builders Emporium, as the Grim Reaper passes The Smoker, he tells him that he will see him soon. The Smoker then looks at his cigarette and throws it on the ground.
