Background
The Surgical Failures are a group operating in Los Angeles. They live in the Beverly Hills Hotel and their leader is the Surgeon General of Beverly Hills. The Surgical Failures kidnap people and use their body parts to restore their own parts, which have decayed due to too many implants and face lifts.
During the events of Escape from L.A. (1996)
Snake Plissken and Taslima are captured by a group of Surgical Failures and brought to inside the Beverly Hills Hotel. They are inspected by the Surgeon General of Beverly Hills, but before he can cut them up to use their parts, they escape. The surgical Failures initially pursue them until Snake shoots at them and they quickly scatter.
