Sandy is a member of the Riders in the Bronx, New York.
During the events of 1990: The Bronx Warriors (1982)
Sandy and Speedy are kissing when Hammer walks into Rider territory. Speedy orders Hammer to halt, but Hammer turns around and shoots Speedy and then Sandy.
