Background

Punks are residents of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

During the events of Siege (1983) played by Alison Outhit, Tricia Fish, Vicky Price, and Mike MacKinnon

May 29, 1981, Horatio is walking as a group of Punks are driving and riding skateboards behind a car. The car appears to be break down and as the Punks start pushing it, Horatio helps them. As they are pushing it to the Texpark, the Car Owner runs towards them and yells that it's his car. The Punks then leave the car and run away.
