Background
The President of the Pan American Confederacy is the leader of the remnants of the Pan American Confederacy based out of Alaska.
During the events of 2019: After the Fall of New York (1983) played by Edmund Purdom
The President has Parsifal brought to his base in Alaska. He tells Parsifal the Pan American Confederacy has a plan to regroup. He tells Parsifal he will be sent on a mission to capture the last remaining fertile woman and in exchange Parsifal will have a place on an interplanetary rocket that will be sent to Alpha Centauri. He threatens Parsifal either he takes the job or he will have Parsifal killed. When Parsifal returns with Melissa he tells Parsifal he is going to give Parsifal his seat on the rocket as he only has three months to live and Parsifal was never originally supposed to be on the rocket.
