Polar Bear is a polar bear living at the North Pole.
During the events of Santa Claus Conquers the Martians (1964)
When Voldar is searching for Billy and Betty, he sees the Polar Bear and runs away. Billy and Betty enter the cave they were hiding in and when they see the bear, run back into the cave. The Polar Bear swipes at them, but eventually leaves.
