Nurse Wilson is the head nurse at the School and Sanitarium of Electric Healing in Lower Falls, Brockway, Kansas.

During the events of Return to OZ (1985) played by Jean Marsh

After Dr. Worley explains the electric healing machine to Aunt Em, Dorothy is left with Nurse Wilson. Nurse Wilson takes the lunch pail Aunt Em left with Dorothy and tells her she won't need it. She takes Dorothy to a room and tells her she may take a nap. Later, Nurse Wilson arrives with two helpers and places Dorothy on a stretcher and has her strapped in. She takes her to Dr. Worley's office and as he is about to use his machine on Dorothy, the power goes out. Nurse Wilson goes to check on a screaming patient and as she is returning, she sees Dorothy escaping. She runs after Dorothy, but loses her when Dorothy jumps in the river. Nurse Wilson is later arrested by a Policeman and taken away in a wagon.
