Nurse Gallagher walks into David Kessler's room and asks Alex Price how he is doing and then comments on David's genitals as Doctor Hirsch walks into the room. Doctor Hirsch advises Nurse Gallagher to go along with her business and then tells Alex the same after asking her what David said.
