George Lutz and Kathy Lutz are doing a house showing of the Amityville house with Mrs. Townsend. She shows them around and Kathy tells her that they just got married. They tell Mrs. Townsend that they want to look around some more and they then tell Mrs. Townsend that they'll buy it.
