Mrs. Harper is the mother of Bill and Junior. She is married to Mr. Harper.

During the events of Reefer Madness (1936) played by Marin Sais

Mrs. Harper and Mr. Harper are in the living room when Junior teases Bill about having a girlfriend. She goes to Bill's trial and acquittal and hugs him when he is released.
