Mr. Blake is a resident of Los Angeles, California. He is married to Mrs. Blake and his son is Timothy Blake.
During the events of Tales of Halloween (2015) played by Robert Rusler
Timothy comes home from Halloween and Mr. Blake and Mrs. Blake take his candy. Timothy sneaks downstairs and finds his parents eating all of his candy and having sex on top of it. That night Timothy murders his parents with a cleaver.
