Ming's Brutes are The Emperor Ming's various troops.
During the events of Flash Gordon (1980) played by Chris Webb, Les Crawford, Peter Brace, Terry Richards, John Gallant, Eddie Powell
Ming's Brutes capture Flash Gordon, Dale Arden and Dr. Hans Zarkov when they initially land on the planet Mongo. They also participate in the defense of the palace.
