Mildred Meadows is a resident of Hillsboro, New Mexico. Her husband is Ed, her children are Billie Joe and Stuart, her sister is Edith, her brother-in-law is John and she has nieces and nephews including Timmy.
During the events of The Brotherhood of Satan (1971) played by Joyce Easton
Stuart and Billie Joe are playing outside when they are brought back inside by Ed. He accuses Mildred of letting them go outside and tells them all not to go outside again. Ed tells Mildred that her sister and family were found dead. During the night, Billie Joe gets up and drops her doll on the ground and her doll comes to life. It walks up to Mildred and kills her and then Ed.
