Malcolm is a resident of Little Whinging, Surrey.
During the events of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007) played by Richard Macklin
Harry Potter is sitting in the playground watching a mother and her children bond. Dudley Dursley and his friends Piers and Malcolm walk over to Harry and Dudley starts making fun of Harry. Harry pulls out his wand and points it at Dudley and Piers and Malcolm laugh. It suddenly becomes very cloudy and windy and Piers and Malcolm run away.
