Lair is a resident of New Jerusalem. He is in a relationship with Girl in Chevvy.
During the events of Mad Max (1979) played by Hunter Gibb
Lair and Girl in Chevvy go to look when Toecutter and his gang ride into New Jerusalem. They drive off when they see Grinner being dragged behind a motorcycle. Lair crashes the vehicle when Toecutter's Gang attack them and he and Girl in Chevvy are raped. As Max and Jim Goose are driving towards New Jerusalem they see him running in the field with no pants.
