Background

Krug is in charge of The Leader's base on the Moon.

During the events of Commando Cody: Sky Marshal of the Universe, Season 1 Episode 8 The Hydrogen Hurricane played by Denver Pyle

The Ruler calls the Moon Base and asks Krug if the underground ocean of liquid hydrogen was disturbed by the first blast. Krug tells him that they are preparing to blast the Moon further towards Earth. The Ruler estimates that the Earth will be destroyed if the Moon comes closer. Krug causes another explosion and the Moon starts to move again. Commando Cody walks into a trap set by Krug who has Commando Cody chained up. Krug contacts the The Ruler who tells Commando Cody that he plans on destroying the Earth. Krug leaves Commando Cody to die after setting a detonator for another hydrogen blast. Krug and his men are then killed by the hydrogen blast.
