Kimar
Background
Kimar-01 is the leader of the Martian people. He is married to Momar and his children are Bomar and Girmar.

Kimar is told by Dropo that Bomar and Girmar haven't been eating and he blames it on the Earth programs they have been watching. He goes into their room and hears them talking about toys and tender loving care and puts them to bed. Momar comes home with new food pills to try and get the children to eat and suggests Kimar ask Chochem for help. Kimar contacts the other council chiefs including Lomas, Rigna, Hargo and Voldar, and has them meet him at Thunder Forest. Chochem tells the assembled chiefs that the Martian children are not allowed to be kids and they need a Santa Claus on Mars. Kimar decides to kidnap Santa Claus to bring him to Earth, but Voldar doesn't like the idea as he is afraid it will turn his own children into a nuisance. Kimar and the other Martian chiefs take a spaceship to Earth's orbit and after spotting multiple Santa Claus, Kimar decides to ask the locals questions about Santa. Kimar and the others land on Earth and after asking Billy and Betty where Santa lives, they take them hostage so the kids can't tell the authorities about the Martians. Kimar and the others land their spaceship on the North Pole and Kimar activates Torg to help them capture Santa. When they arrive at Santa's Workshop, Kimar sends Torg inside, but Santa turns Torg into a toy. Kimar, Voldar and Rigna are forced to go into the workshop themselves and they capture Santa. After Voldar attempts to kill Santa and the children, Kimar has him arrested to stand trial. When the spaceship lands on Mars, Hargo tells Kimar that Voldar has escaped. Kimar brings Santa, Betty and Billy to his home and introduces them to Momar, Bomar and Girmar. He tells Santa that a toy workshop will be built for him, but that he may never leave Mars. The next day Kimar finds Dropo missing and Santa says one of his extra suits is missing. Santa also tells Kimar that his toy machine isn't working and after Kimar fixes it, he suspects Voldar has something to do with it being broken. Voldar and Stobo enter Kimar's home and Voldar tells Kimar that he has Santa prisoner. Kimar suspects he means a disguised Dropo and uses the real Santa to confuse Voldar. Voldar and Stobo are taken hostage, but when Kimar is distracted Voldar knocks him unconscious. Kimar regains consciousness and finds Voldar being attacked by the children. Dropo becomes Santa on Mars and Kimar says goodbye to Santa, Billy and Betty before they return to Earth.
