Background
Julie was a friend and roommate of Danny St. Clair and was the previous owner of Hoppy. While out with Danny during a night of heavy drinking, Danny killed Julie by crashing Julie's car. ejecting Julie in the process. All of Julie's family and the police assumed Julie was driving at the time of the crash.
During the events of It Waits (2005) played by Miranda Frigon
Danny has flashbacks of the night her and Julie were out drinking and of the crash.
