Helga's Father is a resident of Transylvania, Romania. He is married to Helga's Mother and his daughter is Little Girl.

After The Monster escapes, Helga's Father and Helga's Mother realize they didn't put Little Girl to bed and she might be outside. They go to check on her and find her in her bed.
