Haskins is in the Air Force with the 123rd Strategic Missile Wing at Tipton Air Force Base in California.
During the events of Damnation Alley (1977) played by Mark L. Taylor
After the Soviet nuclear strike against the United States, Haskins stays in the Air Force. He is running late for work and is yelled at by Air Policeman for taking 20 minutes of his time. While on duty, Haskins falls asleep with a lit cigarette and causes the explosion of the main building.
