Harold Ngomo is the President of South Limbawe. He is a former history professor.
During the events of Airwolf: Season 1 Episode 10 And They Are Us played by Milton Murrill
Ngomo tells General Ali Butami that he is tired of him telling him what to do. Butami then has Ngomo taken away by gunpoint. He is about to be executed when he is rescued by Stringfellow Hawke and Dominic in Airwolf. He is taken to North Limbawe and he agrees to form a coalition with President Seko Logana.
