Background
Hand 2 is an oil worker for Studdert Oil in Texas.
During the events of Airwolf: Season 3 Episode 13 Wildfire played by Robert Totten
During the fire at the refinery, Cecil Carnes Sr. goes into the dynamite shack and Cecil Carnes Jr. chases after him. Cecil Jr. manages to get Cecil Sr. out right as the shack explodes while First Worker and Hand 2 hold Dominic back.
