Father Branagh is the local Reverend for the town of Snomonton, Colorado.
During the events of Jack Frost (1997) played by Charles C. Stevenson, Jr.
Father Branagh is present when Billy Metzner's body is taken away in an ambulance to help provide comfort to Billy's family, Jake Metzner, Sally Metzner and Jill Metzner. When a 24 hour curfew is ordered for the town of Snowmonton, Father Branagh helps gather people together and turns on the boiler in the basement. When the liquid remains of Jack Frost are buried, Father Branagh is present to perform last rites.
