Driver Place de la Concorde is a plainclothes officer working for the French police in Paris, France.
During the events of Kiss of the Dragon (2001) played by Alexander Koumpan
Driver Place de la Concorde is told by Richard to search the city for Liu Jian. When he drives away, Liu Jian hitches a ride under his vehicle until Driver Place de la Concorde stops at the Place de la Concorde. Later, Richard angrily shoves Driver Place de la Concorde and tells him to search Chinatown better.
