Background
Driver is a law enforcement officer for the state of Colorado.
During the events of Jack Frost (1997) played by Todd Conner
Driver along with Second Driver and Guard are transporting Jack Frost to his execution during a snowstorm. They barely avoid hitting a truck being driven by Tanker Driver and both vehicles crash. Driver gets out of the crashed vehicle and sees Jack Frost standing in front of him holding his handcuffs. Right before Jack Frost is about to attack Driver, the tanker explodes and covers Jack Frost in a chemical. Later, Driver tells Agent Manners that Jack Frost melted with the snow and then left.
