During the events of Airwolf: Season 1 Episode 7 Echoes from the Past played by Milt Kogan
Stringfellow Hawke arrives at a hospital and is attended by Klaus and Nurse Frida Simmons. He tells Hawke that he has been in a coma for almost a year. When Hawke asks about Dominic, Klaus tells him Dominic used to visit him regularly, but died along with Michael Coldsmith Briggs III while rescuing Saint John. Morton Abrams goes into an office and tells Dr. Lisa Holgate, Peter MacGregor-Moore, Klaus, Nurse Simmons, and "Saint John" that Hawke has shown him the location of Airwolf. They take Hawke and Susan Hill in an ambulance and then into a plane. Abrams demands Hawke fly Airwolf out of its secret lair and threatens he will shoot Susan if Hawke doesn't. Airwolf is brought into the belly of the plane, but shortly after, Peter notices the cargo door is open. Klaus and the others in the plane are killed when one of the missiles fired from their Cuban MiG escort blows up their plane.
