Dr. Clemens
Background
Dr.Cyrus Clemens is head of the Anthropology Department in Reno, Nevada. He came from Cambridge.
During the events of Godmonster of Indian Flats (1973) played by E. Kerrigan Prescott
After Eddie is thrown out of the Union Brewery Saloon, Dr. Clemens drives him back to Eddie's sheep ranch. The next day, he returns with Mariposa to see how Eddie is doing and finds Eddie in a pen next to a sheep and a sheep embryo. Dr. Clemens takes the embryo back to his lab and tells Eddie not to tell anyone about it. While exploring a cave, Dr. Clemens and Mariposa find the skeletal remains of a sheep human hybrid but are forced to flee when phosphorous gas starts seeping out. He later tells Eddie and Mariposa that radioactivity might have caused the embryonic mutant. When Barnstable flees to Dr. Clemens' lab, Dr. Clemens turns Barnstable over to Silverdale's Posse when they start attacking his lab. During the attack, the embryo now a Godmonster, escapes from the lab and Dr. Clemens convinces Charles Silverdale to use his Posse to help catch the Godmonster. He later regrets his decision when he finds out Silverdale wants to use the Godmonster as a sideshow attraction.
