Background

Gloriana is a Soviet agent who goes by the name Diana Norris.

During the events of Airwolf: Season 1 Episode 11 Mind of the Machine played by Sondra Currie

After completing a simulation, Diana shows Dominic how the simulation works. Dr. Robert Winchester conducts the simulation himself with the help of Diana and succeeds where Stringfellow Hawke failed. A telemetry pod is placed in the nose of Airwolf and Winchester tests the agility and accuracy of Hawke in Airwolf. At the end of the day Diana tells Hawke his score, which she says is an 87. At a country bar, Diana and Winchester dance together and they talk about how Hawke will soon be ready to challenge Winchester and he can prove he is better than Hawke. Diana then tells Winchester, Hawke really had a perfect score. She spills butter in his lap and then tells Winchester he should wash it off in the restroom. She then tells Alexi Provov, who was sitting in the booth next to her, that Airwolf will soon be in his hands. After Winchester challenges Hawke to a duel with a simulated Airwolf versus Airwolf, Diana calls Alexi and tells him Airwolf is at the lab. A security breach occurs and Hawke and Dominic leave with Airwolf. The following morning, Michael Coldsmith Briggs III, Archangel tells Diana and Winchester that their project has been shut down and they are under house arrest. Diana tells Winchester that Airwolf records all of its combat encounters. They then watch video recordings of all of Airwolf's encounters. Winchester then remembers that Dr. Moffet had mentioned that Airwolf was like a living thing and Winchester realizes Airwolf's design is in its computer. They then copy Airwolf's specifications onto data tapes. A security breach sounds at the lab and Diana pulls out the tapes and tells Winchester she is taking them with her and that he should come with her. Winchester tries to take the tapes, but is shot by Alexi Provov. Diana and Alexi then leave in his helicopter with the tapes. Airwolf catches up to them and Diana uses a program she installed in the telemetry pod installed into Airwolf to predict its movements and shut down its weapon systems. Diana and Alexi are eventually shot out of the sky when Hawke and Dominic figure out how to use their weapons on manual control.
