Cuervo Jones
Background
Cuervo Jones is an accused Peruvian terrorist and the leader of the Shining Path. He runs the Mescalito Justice which is the biggest gang in L.A.

Cuervo Jones meets Utopia in her virtual reality world and convinces her to steal the top secret device. As he is driving through L.A. leading a vehicle parade he is attacked by Snake Plissken, but manages to knock him off a vehicle by throwing a pair of bolos at him. Test Tube tells him that the device acts as a control system for the Sword of Damocles satellite system and with it he can shut down the electrical grid systems of countries. He holds a news conference and uses the device to shut down the power grid in Lynchburg, Virignia. He then tells the President that a helicopter must be sent to him or he will use it again, before ending the news conference. He takes Snake, who was shot with a stun dart by Map to the Stars Eddie to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and forces him to shoot baskets in a basketball court. After Snake manages to win the game, Cuervo Jones tries to shoot him with a rifle, but Snake escapes. He is ambushed by Snake who steals the device, but Map to the Stars Eddie steals the device back, returns it and tells him that he shot Snake dead. Cuervo Jones orders Eddie to find Snake's body and then heads to the Happy Kingdom where he is supposed to meet the helicopter. While he is at the Happy Kingdom, Eddie crash lands in a hang glider, and tells him that Snake Plissken is about to attack. Cuervo Jone is about to shoot Eddie, who tries to steal the device, when Snake, Hershe and the Saigon Shadow attack. Snake and Cuervo fight over the device and Snake steals the device and jumps into the helicopter with Utopia, Hershe, Eddie and the surviving members of the Saigon Shadow. As they are flying away, Cuervo fires a rocket the the helicopter, but is shot and killed by Eddie.
