Background
Chief is in charge of the Anaconda malt liquor warehouse.
During the events of Black Dynamite (2009) played by John Kerry
Black Dynamite and his crew raid a suspected warehouse. They capture Chief and Gunsmoke forces him to talk by giving him a truth serum. Chief mentions Operation Anaconda and then overdoses on the serum.
