Background
Tai Ming Chen is a diplomat with the Chinese government.
During the events of Kiss of the Dragon (2001) played by Kentaro
French Minister holds a meeting with Minister Tang, Chen and Tang's Assistants. During the meeting he introduces them to Richard. Richard asks about the background of Liu Jian and Chen tells him that Liu Jian is their best. Chen receives a phone call from Liu Jian during the meeting and tells him to stay by the phone. He then calls Liu Jian and they have a meeting aboard a boat. During the meeting Liu Jian tells Chen that Richard is the drug connection in Paris working with Mister Big and gives Chen the cassette showing Richard killing Mister Big. Chen is then shot and killed.
