Background
Castor is the twin brother of Polydeuces. He is an expert wrestler. Castor is from Sparta.
During the events of Jason and the Argonauts (1963)
Castor competes in Jason's Olympic Games and earns a spot on the Argo. He then travels with the Argonauts to find the Golden Fleece. After being freed from King Aeetes' prison by Medea, Castor goes with Argus and Phalerus to help Jason. They warn Jason that King Aeetes' soldiers are nearby and follow him as they try and escape with the Golden Fleece. Castor stays behind with Jason and Phalerus to fight the Skeletons, but is killed in battle.
