Carlos is a research assistant for Dr. Rick Torres. He can play the guitar.
During the events of Octaman (1971) played by Wally Rose
Carlos is visiting his parents when Raul is killed. When Johnny Caruso is attacked by The Octaman, Carlos goes to help him, but is killed.
