Aunt Billy is the aunt of Black Dynamite and Jimmy.
During the events of Black Dynamite (2009) played by Phyllis Applegate
Aunt Billy calls Black Dynamite and tells him Jimmy has been killed. She reminds him he promised his mother on her deathbed that he would make sure Jimmy didn't do drugs or die.
