Arab Buyer is an Iranian representative sent to purchase weapons from Helmut Kruger.
During the events of Airwolf: Season 1 Episode 8 Fight Like a Dove played by Elias Zarou
Arab Buyer arrives at Kruger's Estate and is shown a presentation of the Thor missile system in action. He is then taken on a tour of Kruger's facilities by Minter. When he comments that Kruger cannot compete with the world powers, Kruger tells him he doesn't have to and that he can change the outcome of a war. He then threatens to sell the weapon system to Arab Buyer's neighbor to prove his point.
