Annette Rivers is a professional figure skater. She won a gold medal.
During the events of Avalanche (1978) played by Peggy Browne
Annette Rivers and her coach Harmon greet Bruce Scott when he arrives at the Windom Peak ski resort. During the practice skating event she watches as Cathy Jordan falls during her routine and is visibly sad for Cathy. At dinner she dances with Bruce Scott and later goes to his room and they sleep together. During the skating event she watches as Cathy does a perfect routine and then the avalanche strikes. Annette survives and helps in the efforts to free people buried in the snow. She helps dig out Bruce, however he is dead by the time he is pulled out.
