Lucius Vorenus is a Centurion in the 13th Legion of the Roman Army.
During the events of Rome: Season 1 Episode 1 The Stolen Eagle played by Kevin McKidd
During the final battle against the Gauls, Lucius Vorenus is forced to retrieve a drunk Titus Pullo who has broken ranks. Back at camp Lucius has Titus whipped and condemns him to die in the gladiatorial stadium. After the legions eagle standard is stolen, Mark Antony orders Lucius to retrieve the standard. In order to gather information Lucius has nearby villagers crucified, one Crucified Man tells Lucius it was Spaniards who stole the standard.
